Tina Stokes

Tina Stokes is firmly established as one of Devon's most popular artists. Her work depicts the light and tidal conditions of the estuary where she lives and paints.

The quality of Tina's work was recognised in 2003 when she was elected to the prestigious Society of Women Artists, and their patron, the Duchess of Kent, is amongst the ever growing band of international collectors who have acquired her work.

Her work depicts the light and tidal conditions that stimulate the sailing community where she lives at Lympstone on the mouth of the River Exe, Devon. Tina works in Acrylic on board en plein air off the end of a jetty, on a boat, or from her studio overlooking the estuary, which offers panoramic views. She is inspired by the ever changing sky and seascapes, and her soft dreamy style and palette is reminiscent of Turner, yet remains truly individual and timeless.

Tina Stokes is exclusive in London to Webbs Road Fine Art.
